Meet Melissa Hyde

Hi I’m Melissa. I’ve spent my entire life in the health and fitness industry. I played all the sports growing up. and was a member of the varsity gymnastics team. I have a Kinesiology degree and have been a fitness instructor and personal/team trainer for 35 years. 

My experience, passion, high energy and never settle attitude, is the combination I use to coach my clients to achieve goals they once never thought possible. I am also a certified rREST Mindset Coach, so I can help you clear emotional barriers that are holding you back. 

Today I am still an athlete and in really good shape so I didn’t think menopause would affect me. My periods just quietly stopped and everything was the same. Until it wasn’t. It felt like I woke up one day and a muffin top and back fat had appeared out of nowhere. Let’s not even talk about the moodiness and warm flashes that were beginning.

I felt gross and hated how I looked in the mirror and in a bikini. I was so embarrassed and frustrated that I couldn’t get rid of this extra weight. 
I’m a trainer, I’m always working out. I should know better. I realized I had to do things differently. My friend Nicole, a nutritionist, was facing the same struggles. We decided enough was enough. We put our heads together, went back to school and did research. We had such fantastic results that we created The Menopause Reset.

Hi I'm Nicole. I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Healthy Lifestyle Expert, rREST Mindset Coach, and Author. I have been working with women for over 17 years helping them feel great in their changing bodies.

Recently, I started helping women lose weight in menopause after my own struggles with stubborn weight gain after 50. 

Together with my BFF Melissa, we saw the struggles women were having in Menopause and we wanted to help. With our years of experience we passionately created an 8 week program called: Menopause RESET.
