Hi I’m Melissa. I’ve spent my entire life in the health and fitness industry. I played all the sports growing up. and was a member of the varsity gymnastics team. I have a Kinesiology degree and have been a fitness instructor and personal/team trainer for 35 years.
My experience, passion, high energy and never settle attitude, is the combination I use to coach my clients to achieve goals they once never thought possible. I am also a certified rREST Mindset Coach, so I can help you clear emotional barriers that are holding you back.
Today I am still an athlete and in really good shape so I didn’t think menopause would affect me. My periods just quietly stopped and everything was the same. Until it wasn’t. It felt like I woke up one day and a muffin top and back fat had appeared out of nowhere. Let’s not even talk about the moodiness and warm flashes that were beginning.
I felt gross and hated how I looked in the mirror and in a bikini. I was so embarrassed and frustrated that I couldn’t get rid of this extra weight.
